Creality Hyper PAHT-CF filament is a next-generation carbon fiber-reinforced nylon filament engineered for demanding industrial and engineering applications that require strength, stability, and heat resistance. With advanced PAHT polymer formulation, it achieves ultra-low moisture absorption-76.8% lower than standard PA-CF-maintaining exceptional mechanical stability and print accuracy even in humid environments. It delivers excellent Z-axis bonding and impact toughness, with an interlayer impact strength of 13.3 KJ/m, ensuring that printed parts can withstand vibration, mechanical stress, and assembly tension without cracking or deformation. Reinforced with high-performance carbon fiber, Creality Hyper PAHT-CF filament offers both stiffness and resilience, achieving flexural strengths up to 153.7 MPa in the XY direction and superior elongation for high-load applications. With a heat resistance above 195C, it performs reliably in extreme environments such as EV battery housings, engine ducts, and heated enclosures. Its smooth, low-warp finish reduces post-processing time and enhances the aesthetic and functional quality of prototypes and production parts. The filaments precise 1.75 mm diameter ensures consistent extrusion and dimensional accuracy across prints, while its RFID smart printing system automatically loads optimal settings through the Creality Filament System (CFS) for a streamlined, professional workflow. Best printed at 260-290C with a heated bed of 80-100C and a hardened steel or ruby nozzle, Hyper PAHT-CF delivers industrial-grade reliability, performance, and finish for engineers, designers, and advanced makers.
